Graduated from Far-East Technical University in 1995 with qualification of naval architect.
Postgraduate education – Far-East Technical University (1995-1997). Theme of the dissertation: “Modern requirements of international conventions for construction of oil tankers”.
Started carrier in 1994 as designer (naval architect) in Design Department of Primorsk Shipping Corporation (PRISCO) and was involved in various projects of PRISCO’s vessels modernization, installation of new equipment, development of design documentation.
In 2002 was promoted to position Manager of Technical Design Department and in 2004 to position of Technical Director. As Technical Director was responsible for management of Technical and Newbuilding departments of PRISCO.
Was deeply involved in number of PRISCO new-building projects, including construction of Aframax and MR-size tankers with ice class and winterization, icebreaking offshore supply/support vessels, ice-class LNG carriers for Sakhalin’s projects.
In 2009 took position of Executive director of PRISCO-Russia with responsibility for overall management of the company.
In 2017 jointed the team of most ambitious project of construction the Shipbuilding Complex “Zvezda” (SSK “Zvezda”) at Far East of Russia. And in 2017 took position of Deputy General Director - Commercial Shipbuilding of Far East Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Center (FESRC).
