Dr. Mikhail Grigoryev is the сo-owner and the director of the consulting company GECON.
From 1978 participate in the Arctic petroleum potential studies, with field experience of 12 Arctic expeditions. Till 2000 - Director of the Institute for Geology and Development of Fossil Fuels (Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation). More than 300 printed papers and 150 international conference presentations on the subjects of the Arctic mineral resources development, supplying transport infrastructure, investment environment, international relations.
He is member of the Scientific council of Security council of the Russian Federation, scientific and technical councils of the Ministries of Natural Resources and Transport and other Arctic expert Russian and international councils.
