Helping you meet HR challenges of the rapidly evolving cruise industry
Join influential industry speakers representing the largest operators, associations and regulators at the first and only event dedicated to crew recruitment, training and retention for cruise.
Key focus areas:
Crew supply, recruitment and on boarding
Given current and future business needs crew supply may prove to be the biggest disruptor in the cruise industry. We ask some crucial questions: can the manpower sector deliver the right numbers and right quality of crews? What works in streamlining recruitment and how to overcome regulatory challenges and reduce the administrative burden?
Industry leadership and sustainability
What is the future of the cruise industry in Europe and who is at the forefront of innovation? How is the industry planning for a sustainable future and for growth? More importantly, how to do we make the transition from environmental stewardship as a training check list exercise to a change in behaviours?
Education and training
Your crews are vastly different and your customers even more so. In a world that tends towards specialisation and individuality, how do we adapt training to suit future education needs, to identify 21st century skills and the changes in learning techniques and practices. We’ll look at aspects like multi-cultural training, technology and the delivery of customer service in a culture of safety on board.
