From 1995 to 2019 GSO’s Company Partner, from 1995 to 2103 she was the Assessment Practice Leader of GSO’s Group.
She was founder and CEO of Utilia - HR Tools and Solutions, from 2012 to October 2018 - from November 2019 she is Utilia’s Senior Partner and R&D Director As an expert assessor, author of articles and books on Assessment/Development procedures, she set up programmes for selection, assessment and potential development as strategic instruments for Human Resources Management.
Since 2012, she has been designing and coordinating assessment, managerial training/development programs and selection systems for the maritime business, people on board (Nautical and Technical Officers, Hotel Managers and Assistants), working together with some of the main companies of the Cruise Business. She designed and managed assessors training for Cruise business Companies, as well as the “Training programme for HR development professional and assessors” at GSO Company, from 2003 to 2011 and in-house assessor training courses for large Companies.
Partnering with some of the main international psychometric assessment providers, she developed a wide expertise in assessment tools. She is supporting design, supervision and data analysis for wide international selection systems in the maritime field. She was part of the International Project Committee “Psychological Assessment”, which designed the ISO 10667 Norm “Assessment Service Delivery, Part 1 and 2”.
