The European Institute for Export Compliance (EIFEC) is an independent not-for-profit organisation with a membership base of public and private organisations, universities, companies and individuals, and other institutions.
EIFEC is the export compliance international standard setting and policy-making body. The main aim is to promoting an effective international culture of compliance with the relevant Export regulations within the financial, economic, industrial, academic and associative system of private and public sector.
EIFEC objectives are to disseminate among any organisation involved in export/ international trade behaviours of excellence through an effective implementation of the specialised compliance management framework based on International Export Compliance Standards (EIFEC EC1001 series).
EIFEC coordinates the European Universities Network for Export Compliance (EUNIFEC). EIFEC Masters and Training courses are managed in collaboration with universities members of EUNIFEC and give academic credits.
EUNIFEC Steering Committee is chaired by UNITO University of Turin (management and business), founded 1404, and Politecnico di Torino (technology).
