Delegates will examine advanced claim scenarios working on examples of laytime & demurrage calculations.

Delegates will have the opportunity to choose a particular cargo area either wet or dry for in-depth discussion and interactive case studies to gain first hand calculation experience.

Practical Workshop

A recent laytime and demurrage case from one of the delegates will be presented and analysed to give participants a better appreciation of common problems and practical issues arising. 

Specific clauses will be reviewed and participants will be encouraged to provide alternative solutions to the case.
