This LNG terminal in Klaipeda is well-positioned right next to the UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the natural wonders of Lithuania – Curonian Spit – a thin 60-mile long sand-dune spit that separates the Baltic Sea from the Curonian Lagoon.

The Curonian Spit is a national park and home to the highest (up to 60 m) drifting sand dunes in Europe that used to bury entire fishermen villages  before they were tamed by planted pine forests.

Take this opportunity to see ancient forests and mountain pines, unique sand flora and fauna with your own eyes.
