Courtney joined Fednav in 2013. After an initial posting in Risk Management, in 2015 she transferred to Arctic operations. In 2019, she was made Assistant Manager of Arctic Operations and is responsible for the day to day commercial activities of the MV Arctic. She will assume responsibility for the MV Arvik I when that ship delivers in December 2020. In addition, she manages the bulk carrier export operations for the Baffinland Iron Mines project. In 2020, Courtney successfully completed the MBA program at Concordia University.
