Petter is native Norwegian with more than 30 years’ experience in blue chip private and listed companies at TSX (Toronto) and Nasdaq (Stockholm) and Euronext (Oslo)

Throughout the career Petter has acquired a wide-ranging turnaround and strategy building and implementation experience in different industries and business cycles. He has been leading and executing IPO’s and numerous M&A, debt and equity transactions in different jurisdictions, living and working internationally in Belgium, UK, Canada, Sweden and Norway.

Petter joined V.Group in 2020 from the Stockholm listed Eltel Group, a leading provider of technical services for power and communication networks, where he was Group CFO,

Prior to joining Eltel in 2017, Petter held a number of senior operations and finance roles in Wilhelmsen Holding ASA from 2004; initially combining roles as CFO and Deputy CEO of Wilhelmsen Maritime Service, then in 2010 becoming President and CEO of Wilhelmsen Technical Solutions (Callenberg Technology Group). Petter has also held international senior finance roles within ASSA ABLOY, Boliden and Trelleborg Group.

Petter holds a B.Sc in Business Administration & Economics from School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and diploma from INSEAD (Paris/Fontainebleau) executive management programme in Strategy, Innovation & Leadership
