Ronny Waage is the Global Sales Director at ZERO44, a software provider helping owners and operators manage compliance, accounting and reporting on EU ETS and CII. Prior to joining ZERO44, Ronny was the Regional Manager & VP Sales for APAC at ScanReach, a maritime technology provider. He is a Board Member of the Norwegian Business Association in Singapore, and a former Committee Member of the Digitalisation Committee of the Singapore Shipping Association. Ronny is well-established in the maritime scene both in Europe and Asia and is a regular contributor on maritime transformation and technology at conferences and events around the world. He has more than fifteen years of experience from various roles within the maritime industry, and in the past few years Ronny has had a particular focus on bringing new technology solutions to the industry. Ronny holds a Double Master’s degree in International Business and International Management from the Norwegian School of Economics, Bocconi University, and the internationally renowned CEMS programme, as well as a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Oslo and the National University of Singapore. He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Singapore.
